Chi Nei Tsang massage

Chi: energy - Nei: internal - Zang: organ
Chi Nei Tsang originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine and literally means ‘working with the energy of the internal organs’.
The abdomen not only digests our food but also our emotions. It sorts out which information to keep and which to release. The accumulation of negative emotions such as stress, fear or anger, as well as an unbalanced diet, can, over time, cause damage to our body.
What's the purpose of the session?
Chi Nei Tsang massage restores the energy flow in the abdomen and allows the organs to function optimally. It also triggers the release of emotions and promotes a new harmony between the body, internal organs and the mind.

How is it performed?

It is performed with the client comfortably lying on their back on the massage table in their underwear.
A towel is placed over the areas not being worked on.
It involves a combination of light to deep pressure on your various organs, kneading, rolling, stretching, etc.
The session lasts 50 minutes on average.

Who is it for?

The Chi Nei Tsang massage is for anyone who wants to release physical and emotional tension related to the abdomen, particularly for digestive disorders (constipation, bloating, etc.), stress, anxiety, feeling of a knot in the stomach, fatigue, etc.
However, it is not recommended for pregnant women, people with pacemakers or serious/cardiovascular diseases, or in the months following abdominal surgery (ask your surgeon or doctor for advice).
