LaHoChi is a high-frequency vibrational energy healing method that uses the placing of hands.

What's the purpose of the session?

Among other things, LaHoChi allows you to rebuild your energy field that has been damaged by various circumstances such as a difficult birth, surgery, an accident, drug use, recent and past life injuries, environmental poisoning, etc. It opens and cleanses your chakras, eases tension, releases emotional blockages, balances bodily energies, relieves stress, soothes pain, stimulates the immune system, and more..

How is it practised?

It is practised fully clothed and comfortably lying on your back on a massage table.

It involves a series of hand placements on different parts of the upper body.
The session lasts 50 minutes on average.

Who is it for?

LaHoChi has no contraindications. It is suitable for anyone (children, adults, seniors) experiencing fatigue or mental overload, during major life changes or transitions, during chronic pain or physical tension, a need to refocus or reconnect with oneself, or a search for inner peace and serenity.
