Craniosacral therapy

mmc_edited.jpg

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-manipulative technique.

It is derived from osteopathy and is based on sensitive energetic touch.

CST focuses on the skull but has repercussions on the whole body via the spine.

The purpose of CST is to restore the harmony of the body by restoring the balance of the primary respiratory movement (an oscillation/pulsation that is omnipresent in every cell, organ and bone of the body).

What are the benefits of craniosacral therapy?

You feel soothed. CST acts on chronic headaches, nervous fatigue, burn-out, depression, lack of energy, lack of motivation, Arnold's neuralgia, neck pain, ...

How is it practised?

It lasts 30 minutes and is performed on the massage table, dressed and lying on your back.
It can be
performed alone or in combination with another massage.
