Namaste-leworking

ordinateur portable dans environnement zen

So what is it?

It's a combination of the Sanskrit word "Namaste", meaning "I incline before you", and "teleworking", which is such an extraordinary (r)evolution in the world of work that we can't help but bow down before it.

Although teleworking offers advantages that no longer need to be mentioned, it can cause pain if it is not carried out under optimum conditions. It can lead to backache, muscular and articular pains, eye fatigue accompanied by tingling and blurred vision, etc.

Because that's the main problem with teleworking: you don't always work with the right equipment, or you end up working longer days (no, don't tell me otherwise, I did it too in my former life 😉 ).

To give you some relief, I'm offering a specially dedicated treatment that combines a back, neck, skull, arm and hand massage. It's performed with organic sweet almond oil.

Your eyes will also be pampered with a warming chamomile mask (for single use only).

A pure moment of muscle relaxation.
The aches and pains of teleworking will soon be only a distant memory.
